Rodarte Spring Summer 2012 RTW Collection. The Rodarte ss12 collection displayed many vibrant colors and hues that are sure to captivate many this next season. Hues ranging from purples, blues greens and yellows were all featured in the designs with items ranging from sun dresses, to pants and suits. The collection also had a strong 50′s retro feel to it within the silhouettes of many of the dresses. Although the collection had a bit of a retro vibe, there was also a futuristic presence throughout some of the pieces as well. It kind of reminded me of an outer space cadet of some sort. Simply because of the styling with the makeup and some of the geometric shapes that are used for some of the items. There was also a artistic presence with many of the items looking as if they have been painted. Anyway you spin it, one things for sure this collection definitely lets your imagination run wild.
