2011 Mtv Movie Awards Red Carpet Fashion – Kristen Stewart. Kristen showed us a rocker chic look at tonight awards. Wearing a red Balmain dress that featured studs as well as safety pins going down the middle. She finished the look with black platforms and smoldering smokey eyes.
