2011 Billboard Music Awards Fashion – Nicki Minaj. Nicki rocked the red carpet tonight wearing a light blue playsuit. The play-suit followed the cut-out trend which really showed off Nicki’s curves. It also featured silver sequins that ran up the bottom sides of her suit. She finished the look with white pumps, dramatic lashes and lavender lips.
