2011 Billboard Music Awards Fashion – Kesha. Kesha looked gorgeous tonight as she stepped out in the cut-out trend. Wearing a sparkling gray/ blueish dress that featured a train that hung pass her dress. She finished the look with her signature glitter eyeshadow, wavy locks and black bootie cut-out heels.
