2011 Billboard Music Awards Fashion – Fergie. Fergie was spotted wearing all black tonight from her head to her toes, and when we say black, we mean all black. Even her clutch, and heels were kept black. Her dress featured the cut-out trend as well as layers of leather which really showed off her curves. Fergie finished her look with nude lips and smokey black eyeshadow for a even more dramatic feel to her overall look.
